Every season, Moulin de Mougins welcomes a visual artist for a temporary exhibition. A creative workshop between the chef and the artist is organized to carry through a project allying art and gastronomy. A dish or a menu, but also an original work of the artist, arise from this collaboration.

« My inspiration is very mixed: for example the CoBrA movement, Sam Francis, Cy Thrumply, Emil Nolde, Egon Schiele, Modigliani, Antoni Tàpies, Kandinsky, Pierre Bonnard, Dubuffet, Marino Marini, Giacometti, Jean Tinguely, Hans Bellmer, Henry Moore……..» explains Inge Hørup when we ask her about her creativity.

A panel of influences as brilliant as varied, that Inge Hørup transcends through a collection which shakes up, which creates passion , which illuminates.
Each can then appreciate the « sensual neoexpressionism » of the artist put in the service of beauty, from the fleeting bow to the spark that shines in our admiring eyes.
